Let customers compose a pack in your native app, from a Home banner, a product link or a dedicated menu entry.
Install Biscuits Bundles in Shopify and create your pack there. This integration supports one selection step, variable quantities with an increment of one, and a percentage discount, either fixed or based on quantity tiers. V1 supports one variant at a time per product and up to 249 variants in total. Mandatory selections, custom fields, fixed-price bundles and multiple steps are not supported yet.
The product page must contain the Biscuits configurator and be accessible on your online store. The online store must be publicly accessible, without a storefront password. Product choices and bundle rules remain managed in Biscuits.
In Settings → Integrations → Biscuits Bundles, enable the integration, then save and publish the Makappi configuration. No packs, product URLs or version limits need to be entered. When a customer opens a product, the app automatically reads its online product page and opens the native configurator if it contains a supported Biscuits bundle. Regular products keep their standard product page.
These three destinations discover products tagged biscuits-bundle and published on the Makappi channel. A single pack opens its product selection directly. If several exist, the customer first chooses which pack to build. Keep this tag on parent products. Links to a specific product still open that product’s configurator.
Disabling the integration hides its dedicated menu entries and stops automatic detection. Manage bundle availability in Shopify and Biscuits, and remove links to discontinued products.
Choose variants and quantities, check availability and wait for Shopify to calculate the price before adding the pack. The initial estimate is replaced by the bundle price before the add button becomes available. Shopify calculates the final price in the cart; confirm it and the checkout total in each selling currency, including applicable discounts. Test quantity changes, removal of the last pack, two different selections of the same pack and a cart containing regular products. Open checkout with a customer account if your app requires one.
If loading fails, check that the public product page contains the Biscuits configurator, that its rules are supported, and that the parent and components are published on Makappi. A failed detection blocks the product screen and offers a retry instead of allowing an unconfigured bundle to be added. After a change in Biscuits, allow up to one minute for the configuration cache to refresh, then reload the app screen. A market restriction or an out-of-stock variant may prevent selection even when the product is published.
